Information for presenters

 

Oral presentations

The lecture hall is equipped with a Windows 10 laptop with Microsoft PowerPoint 2016 and Adobe Acrobat Reader.

Please load your presentation onto the computer using a memory stick prior to the session in the beginning of one of the coffee breaks.

 

Poster presentations

The maximum size for posters is 1.6 m (height) x 1.2 m (width). Please hang up your poster corresponding to your poster number (e.g., P2.1) as provided in the conference program. We will keep all posters up during the entire conference. You can already put up your poster on Tuesday.

Poster sessions are on Wednesday and Thursday between 15:20 and 17:00. Presenters in session 1 (P1.*) or 2 (P2.*) should be at their poster on Wednesday, presenters in sessions 3 (P3.*) or 4 (P4.*) on Thursday.
